CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation received 7 days prior to the arrival date will incur a 15% deduction as a processing fee plus a Bank Charge for the deposit.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY DUE TO BAD WEATHER
Reservation can be amended within three months without any additional fee or charge. If the guest would prefer to have a refund, there is a deduction of 15% as a processing fee plus a Bank Charge for the deposit. The bank deposit charge will be for the Account Owner and not the sender. A written Guest Notice to Montebello Villa Hotel is required to be sent through e-mail for proper documentation and action.

NO-SHOW FEES
If the reservation is a no-show, and guests do not arrive on the scheduled date, a "No-Show Penalty" equivalent to the total number of nights reserved will be charged.

Room reservations will be released after 6 p.m. on the date of scheduled arrival.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
Early Arrivals /Departures and Late Arrivals /departures (different from the dates booked on the original schedule) will be subject to the availability of the room/s booked. The charges for early arrivals / late departures will be based on rack rates. Late arrivals or early departures from scheduled dates of guests’ stay will not be entitled to a refund or an extended stay.
